Update on Goole, sustainability measures in place, discussion on hydrogen, phase 2 plans and opportunities for SMEs
Network Rail – breakout session:
Facilitating discussion on the difficulties SMEs encounter working with the bigger players. Discussing opportunities and incentives including how Tier 1’s are being asked to engage with the SMEs.
RIA North:
General Rail overview from a National and Regional perspective. Update on the innovation navigator tool and insight into the decarbonisation / electrification paper that will be published.
TRU:
Overview of TRU, their overarching sustainability strategy that they have in place, procurement opportunities open to SMEs especially focussing on work available outside of the existing frameworks.
