Furthermore, you will be able to calculate your true capacity, product costings and evaluate your product mix and range probability.

Adding to this you will also learn about how to improve your current business, how to do a waste analysis, identify potential ways to reduce/eliminate waste and become familiar with the process tools such as ‘5 Whys’.
